If your child attended Kids Klub After School during 2010-2011 please complete only a Program Contract and update your child's folder at the Wicomico County Box Office in the Civic Center. To register for Kids Klub After School Program please stop by the box office in the Wicomico County Youth and Civic Center or download all forms below. Please complete the entire registration packet and return to the box office. Registration packets are only accepted when fully completed and first month payment is received.
